Days Mobility commodes are designed to be of benefit to the user and attendant by reducing the need for manual handling, with this in mind, many of our commodes have features such as detachable armrests and footrests to aid transfer. Commodes are used when limited mobility makes it difficult to use a conventional toilet, so with this in mind, Days mobility also have commodes that look like traditional furniture rather than a piece of toileting equipment.
We also offer a selection of specialist commodes which can be used for wheeling the patient to another room for more privacy or to take into the shower. These type of commodes have braked swivel castors that provide manoeuvrability and safety.
